Ameritrust Financial: They took $100.00 out of my bank account

Ameritrust Financial complaint

Ameritrust Financial called on the phone about a $2000.00 credit card they were offering.

They assured me that it would be a valid VISA or MasterCard acceptable anywhere.

After questioning the rep further it was an online only shopping card.

I told them I was not interested and politely hung up.

They tried twice to take money form my bank when there was no money there. The bank charged me $36.00 each time. The third time they were sucessful and took $100.00 out of my account. I have been unable to find a vaild number for them that is not the sales number.

Please under no circumstances have anything to do with this "COMPANY".

THEY CALLED ME ON THE PHONE OFFERING ME A 2000$ CREDIT CARD TO BUILD UP MY CREDIT . SO I THOUGHT OK THIS I S GREAT. WHEN I RECIEVED THE CARD IT WAS JUST A SIMPLE SHOPPING CARD. I WAS PISSED THEY TOOK 200$ FROM MY ACCOUNT AND NO ONE TOLD ME IT WAS NON REFUNDABLE. I CALLED TO CANCELL THEY TOLD ME I COULDNT AND IF I WANTED TO I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 35$. THIS IS STEALING PEOPLES MONEY . I AM VERY VERY MAD AT THEM AND THERE IS NO MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR I CAN TALK TO.
